Sriracha makes everything delicious, especially this french toast twist using savory flavors.

1 Serving (1 slice of toast)
Ingredients: 1 egg, 1 tbsp of milk, 1 tbsp chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to taste, Sriracha sauce, 1 thick slice of bread such as Texas toast.
1. Whisk together the egg, milk, salt, pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.
2. Take each slice of bread and dip both sides in the mixture, making sure it soaks up as much as possible.
3. Heat a pat of butter in the skillet and cook the toast for about 2-3 minutes each side or until golden brown.
4. Serve warm with a drizzle of Sriracha.
