Find satisfying refreshment from fruit smoothies during the hot summer days.
Ingredients: Ice cubes, 1 1/2 cups yogurt (plain or fruit flavor of your choice), three ripe mangoes
1. Peel mangoes and dice into small chunks. Add ice cubes, yogurt, and mango and blend until a thick creamy consistency forms.
2. Pour a glass halfway full of the mango smoothie.
3. Carefully add in a layer of the remaining 1/2 cup of yogurt and then fill with more of the smoothie.
4. Garnish with sliced mango and serve immediately.
