Banana Bread

I love bananas and always try to buy them while they are still fresh and green in the market.  However, before I can finish the bunch, the last two or three end up turning completely dark.  Eating bananas plain is certainly not the only way to enjoy them.  Banana bread is a great way to use super ripe bananas and enjoy them for a few extra days.

Mix butter and sugar together and try not to think about the proportions.

Use very ripe bananas and mash them into a thick paste.  Add baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Add into the butter sugar mixture.

Add in 2 cups of flour, pour into a loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Soooo good in the morning toasted and with a glass of milk.
